UNDERWEIGHT!!!!

tgh ari td lps je abis test "e-business model" (teramat2 susah tuh even though hanye multiple choices answer punye question), kitorg menerus kn perjalanan ke Maju Junction utk lunch kt sane.. lgi pun eiyna, ecah n koyah ade appointment nak jumpe health consultant diorg.. aku n kila join je ikut sbb kitorg nk lunch..

sesampai je kt sane, tggu la dlm 30 min, then kwn diorg tuh smpi.. so, tanpe membuang mase, perbincangan pun dimulekan.. mule2 sekali die tanye kitorg, sarapan kitorg mcm mane? so, aku n kila pun menyampuk la.. kitorg ckp la, mkn nasi lemak, roti n ape2 je la yg blh disumbat dlm perut nih n kekadang kitorg x sumbat ape2 mknan sbb mls or x de mkanan yg nk disumbat dlm tummy kitorg nih.. so, rudy nih ckp la.. yg sbnr nye, ape yg kite mkn itu adalah very unhealthy food.. penuh dgn karbohidrat n gula.. kate nya rakyat malaysia adlh yg paling ramai kene penyakit kencing manis!! antara sarapan yg dikate kn tidak sihat itu adlh :
- nasi lemak
- teh tarik
- kuih muih
- etc

so, die saran kn kt kitorg supaya mkn makanan berikut utk sarapan pgi :
- fruit juice
- cereal
- oats
- salad


ok.. end bab psl sarapan.. kitorg beralih plak psl berat badan.. maka, rudy nih kuar kn satu penimbang berat khas.. mule2, eiyna timbang, then ecah pastuh aku n last skali kila.. aku x mo cite ape hasil timbangan bdk2 lain, aku nk cite bab aku shj..

height : 158cm

itu soalan pertama die tanye b4 aku naik atas penimbang berat tuh..

then die setting penimbang tuh, aku pun naik.. tggu dlm 30 second bib bib bib mesin tuh berbunyi.. baru la aku blh turun dari penimbang tuh.. maka, inilah hasil nya dan aku bg penerangan die sket..

Weight : 43.6 kg ~berat aku la tuh
Body Fat Range : 20.6 ~bagi seorg wanita di tahap umur aku, body fat index aku berada di tahap good.. tp ade simbol (-) maknenye aku sah2 la underweight
% Body Water Range : 58.2 ~bg seorg wanita, tahap peratusan air yg ideal dlm bdn yg sihat adlh di antara 50%-54%.. kire aku dah lebey air gak la..
Muscle Mass : 32.8 ~ menurut keterangan, muscle index diberi dlm kg, jd, value belonging to it, is the Physique Ratings
Physique rating : 7 ~means thin.. kata rudy, aku kene tambah muscle mass aku nih utk bg berat bdn aku ideal..
Bone Mass : 1.9 ~bg wanita yg berat badan nye kurang 50kg, bone mass yg ideal adlh 1.95kg.. jd, bone mass aku berada di tahap yg hampir ideal..

Understanding the BMR will allow you to monitor the number of calories your body requires according to their physique and lifestyle. the more muscle or general activity you take, the more calories require. Visceral Fat : 1 ~Fat that surround the vital organs in the trunk/stomach area of the body.. bagi range 1 - 4, visceral fat adalah dlm category good..

jadi, secara keseluruhan nya, aku perlu menambah berat badan aku lebey kurang dlm 5 kg lgi utk menjadikan berat badan aku ideal dengan ketinggian aku.. jd, makan lah Herbalife utk menaikkan berat bdn.. tp, aku blom beli product Herbalife ni lg.. rudy juz pesan, beware on my breakfast sj.. sbb breakfast adlh makanan yg paling penting sekali..
